London Office: Associate and Senior Architect Positions

We currently have an opportunity for an Associate with proven construction experience on multi-unit residential schemes. With a minimum of 8 years’ post RIBA Part III experience or equivalent qualification, we are seeking candidates with exemplary design ability, good technical, detailing and specification knowledge to lead a team through Work Stages 04 & 05.

We also have opportunities for Senior Architects with a minimum of 6 years’ post RIBA Part III experience or equivalent qualification. We encourage applications from dynamic candidates with an interest in the technical design and co-ordination of projects from Work Stage 03 onwards. We are seeking applicants with exemplary design ability, good technical, detailing, and specification knowledge as well as proven technical experience on multi-unit residential schemes.

For both roles we require individuals to have the following essential skills:

A strong team ethic.

Proven Construction Experience

Strong residential experience.

Revit proficiency, BIM Level 2 preferred.

Enscape proficiency preferred.

Experience of working on projects from inception through to completion.

Excellent design, graphic and communication skills.
