Hutchinson & Partners are pleased to share that Ballymore, in partnership with Places for London has received outline planning consent from the London Borough of Barnet for the transformation of Edgware Town Centre. The development will deliver 3,365 new homes (including 1,150 affordable), 463 student units, a new transport interchange, and nearly 12 acres of green and open space.

Masterplanned by Howells, the proposals increase commercial and leisure space with new shops, cafés, and a cinema, alongside major improvements to green infrastructure routes. Hutchinson & Partners supported Ballymore and Howells with the mixed used food retail phase that lies at the heart of the development.
