Hutchinson & Partners are pleased to announce that Josh Wilcox and Liam O’Grady have both been promoted to the position of Associate Director.

Josh has been a key member of the Hutchinson & Partners team since the commencement of the practice in January 2018, having previously worked with Ross, Tom and Dieo at UNIT Architects since 2012. This promotion recognises Josh’s continued commitment to the practice, and his contribution to some of the more recent large scale residential and mixed-use developments the practice has seen through to planning such as Hendon Waterside for Barratt London and Silk Park for St.George, as well as his work on the award winning Victoria House for LABS. Josh also leads the quality control of our residential projects and runs our Community, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion team as well as the practice’s Social Team.

Liam joined the practice in November 2018 having spent the previous 10 years at John Robertson Architects where he led the design and delivery of a number of projects including the 235,000 sq.ft King William Street office development for HB Reavis. Liam has been a key member of the Senior Team since joining us, leading the practice’s technical and construction knowledge and helping us attain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Certification as well as leading our R&D team. Liam has also led a number of the practices major projects including, most recently, a 950 unit mixed used project for Ballymore in Ladbroke Grove, due to be submitted for planning in August.
