We are delighted to announce a new commission for Hutchinson & Partners in Berlin. Following a successful Vorbescheid in 2022, Trei Real Estate has appointed us to progress the Zossener Straße project through to a full planning application.

Located on a prominent corner site in Kreuzberg, the project seeks to repair a key urban block with a mixed-use development comprising new-build apartments above ground floor retail space.

All being well, we anticipate submitting a planning application in early 2026.
