Guadalupe became part of Hutchinson & Partners from the outset of the practice in January 2018 having previously worked within Ross’ team at UNIT Architects since 2016. Guadalupe became an Associate at the beginning of 2021. Whilst at UNIT and Hutchinson & Partners, Guadalupe has worked on the technical design of a major project in Camden as well as the retrofit of Victoria House.
Guadalupe studied architecture at the University of Extremadura, Spain, qualifying as a Technical Architect in 2007. Upon graduation she gained site experience working for Clients on private residential projects in Spain. During her time in Spain she also completed a Masters in Construction Project Management in the Madrid College for Technical Architects. Before joining Hutchinson & Partners, Guadalupe spent five years at Broadway Malyan where she formed a key part of the design and delivery team for Battersea Reach, a large residential scheme in Wandsworth for St. George which was then followed by the delivery of Fulham Wharf for Barratt London. On both projects Guadalupe was responsible for the coordination of information between the consultants, the management of external and internal design packages as well as the financial management of the projects.
