We recently participated in the second public consultation for Barratt London and Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing’s West Hendon development, on which we are designing five buildings, including the centre-piece taller building within the wider masterplan. The consultation was held in the new community centre on the site and was attended by existing and potential residents, as well as interested members of the public. It was exciting to engage the public with the scheme and we look forward to progressing the scheme further, incorporating their feedback, ahead of the planning application.  The Reserved Matters Application sees us working alongside Makower Architects and Gillespies to design the final phases of the masterplan, and will complete the Allies and Morrison’s wider vision for the site: delivering high quality homes, play space and landscape improvements.
