Hutchinson & Partners have been appointed to undertake a comprehensive redesign and refurbishment of the Grade II Listed Victoria House in Bloomsbury Square, London.

The project, for major co-working provider, LABS, will see all nine floors of the 300,000 sq.ft neo-classical building refurbished into a series of co-working offices, lounges and meeting spaces, to replace the outdated refurbishment undertaken by Will Alsop in the 1990’s.

The interiors will be finished in an elegant palette of oak, stone and marble to reflect the materiality of the original building.
