Senior Architect

Mirko joined Hutchinson & Partners‘ Berlin office in February 2024 as a Senior Architect.

Prior to joining Hutchinson & Partners, Mirko spent 17 years working for and collaborating with various architectural practices in Berlin, Munich and New York including Hild und K Architekten, Allmann-Sattler-Wappner as well as Adjaye Associates to name but a few. During his time with Adjaye Associates, Mirko worked on the Folkwang Musuem competion in Essen for which Adjaye was awarded second prize. Mirko has been involved in a wide range of residential, commercial, refurbishment and infrastructure projects including the design and construction across all HOAI work stages of a large hotel in the heart of Munich with Hild und K Architekten.

Mirko studied Architecture at the Technische Universität in Dresden and has been working as an Architect since 2006. However, architecture is not Mirko’s sole passion. Mirko has a keen interest in the arts, culture and society having previously studied History of Art, Musicology and Anthropology at the Universität Köln and worked with Kölner Philharmonie.
