Manuel joined the Berlin office of Hutchinson & Partners in January 2024, having previously worked for five years for L&O Architekten in Berlin where he acquired in-depth BIM knowledge while working on multiple sustainability projects in Germany including refurbishments and family residential buildings. Prior to moving to Berlin in 2015, Manuel was involved in large- and small-scale mixed-use projects, with a particular focus on sustainable and low-carbon footprint residential.

During his studies, Manuel spent two semesters at UDK Berlin as an Erasmus student. During this time, Manuel worked for several architecture and interior design practices where he took part in competitions in Asia and participated in urban developments in Africa. After he completed his architecture studies at the Universidad Europea de Madrid in his home country, Manuel worked in private commissions, Passivhaus solutions and competitions for the public sector.

Manuel has experience working across most HOAI work stages in Germany and equivalent stages in Spain.
