Ross Hutchinson was recently invited to give his thoughts on the City Architecture Forum’s recent tour of Urbanest’s Emperor House development on Vine Street in the City of London, designed by Hopkins Architects and delivered by Apt Architects. The ‘Behind the Scenes’ talk and tour was part of the forum’s annual programme of insightful talks, conversations, and site visits across the City, aiming to influence policy makers and participants by spreading understanding of issues and approaches amongst its members.
