Hutchinson & Partners are very pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted for the Architect of the Year 2021 in the Office category. The Architect of the Year Awards, run by Building Design, are the only awards that reward architects for a consistent body of work rather than one-off projects.

Our inclusion within the prestigious shortlist reflects the practice’s work in the office sector over the course of the past year, notably our Uxbridge Road and Victoria House projects. These schemes have allowed us to further develop an approach to the design of workspace that aligns with our core pillars of sustainability. It is a forward-thinking approach that balances flexibility, adaptability, longevity, well-being, amenity, density and location. These objectives have allowed us to successfully design projects that embrace the changing nature and values of the work place and those who inhabit it.
